You may return or exchange any unused flag, windsock or twister purchased from us within 10 days of receipt of sale. All returns and exchanges must be in the original manufacturers packaging. Shipping charges to return products are responsibility of customer however, we will reimburse you if the return or exchange is the result of our own mistake.

There is a 15% restocking charge on exchanges, refunds, & returns.

To request an exchange, please call or e-mail our Customer Care department so that we may reserve your replacement while awaiting your return of the original product.

To request a refund, please call or e-mail our Customer Care department. Refunds will be acknowledged once we receive receipt of the products return. Credit will be issued (less 15% restocking fee) to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Defective products are shipped from time to time without our knowledge. If you receive a product that is defective, please call or e-mail our Customer Care department in order to arrange a convenient return or exchange for the same product.
